RETURN POLICY
At HD Supply, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return a product, we accept returns within 45 days from the date of purchase.
A 15% freight charge will be applied to returns associated with:
- Customer Order Error
- Product Not Needed
- Ordered Too Much / Excess Product
Exceptions
- No freight charges apply when the return is due to HD Supply error or product quality issues.
To initiate a return:
- Login to your HD Supply web account (Click here for details) OR call us at 1-800-782-0557 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
- We will arrange for the item to be picked up.
Please note:
- Merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new condition with a pre-authorized RA# for a credit to be issued.
- A restocking fee may apply in certain cases.
- Claims for errors such as damage, shortage, or surplus items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- For items that arrive defective, claims must be reported within 24-48 hours of delivery.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Non-stocked, special order, or factory direct/ships from manufacturer products
- Warranty items
- Items with gas-powered engines
- Hazardous materials
- Tinted paint
- ALL Clearance items
For the return process, please use the original packaging materials if possible.
