RETURN POLICY

At HD Supply, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return a product, we accept returns within 90 days from the date of purchase.

To initiate a return:

1. Login to your HD Supply web account (Click here for details) OR call us at 1-800-782-0557 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
2. We will arrange for the item to be picked up.

Please note:

• Merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new condition with a pre-authorized RA# for a credit to be issued.
• A restocking fee may apply in certain cases.
• Claims for errors such as damage, shortage, or surplus items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• For items that arrive defective, claims must be reported within 24-48 hours of delivery.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Non-stocked, special order, or factory direct/ships from manufacturer products.
• Warranty items.
• Items with gas-powered engines.
• Hazardous materials.
• Tinted paint.

For the return process, please use the original packaging materials if possible.
