RETURNS PROCESS
We’ve developed our Returns Process to make returns as easy as possible for you.
We accept returned product in its original packaging up to 90 days from the date of purchase. View our return policy here. To speed up your processing time, quicker credit and tracking information, please complete a return request online, or contact Customer Service at 1-800-782-0557 for assistance. Our representative will provide a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number to include on the returned package and an expected time for your package pickup.
Process for requesting a Return Online
We've made it simple to start a return online. Follow these three easy steps:
Step 1 - Sign in to your account
Go to Orders and find the order you’d like to return.
Tip: You can also search by item code using the search bar at the top right.
Step 2 - Start your return
Click the order number to open it, then select the Returns tab.
Click Start Return to begin your request.
Step 3
Choose the item(s) you want to return, enter the quantities, and select a reason for the return.
You can also add a comment if there’s anything else we should know.
When you’re ready, click Submit Return — we’ll confirm your request and follow up with the next steps within 24 business hours.
