General Usage

Restocking and Cancellation Fees

Refused or canceled Extended Inventory orders are subject to restocking fees and return freight charges. Cancellation fees may apply on quoted volume, customized, or noncatalog items.

MSDS/Safety Data Sheets

To help promote safety and comply with right-to-know legislation, manufacturers publish Safety Data Sheets (SDS), according to the federal Hazard Communication Standard. You can find SDS on the item detail page on our website or you can call Customer Service at 1-800-782-0557 to request a copy.

Medical And Safety Products

Medical and safety products may have specific requirements by province. Please reference the instructions and labels specified by the manufacturers to ensure safety.

Handling Fee

Special orders, customized, factory direct and non-catalogue items are subject to additional shipping charges, quoted on request. Orders less than $250 are subject to a $35 handling fee. We reserve the right to cancel or amend this offer without notice at any time.

Terms of Sale​

All purchases shall be governed exclusively by HD Supply Terms of Sale located at hdsupplysolutions.ca/termsofsale which are incorporated by reference in every purchase. ​

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 90 days from the date of purchase. To speed up your processing time, quicker credit and tracking information, please complete the return request online, or contact Customer Service at 1-800-782-0557for assistance. Our representative will provide a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number to include on the returned package and an expected time for your package pickup.

Certain Items Are Not Eligible For Return, Including:

• Non-stocked, special order, or factory direct/ships from manufacturer products.
• Warranty items.
• Items with gas-powered engines.
• Hazardous materials.
• Tinted paint.

In The Case Of Damaged Shipment:

• If damage is found after the driver has left, retain the original shipping carton for possible inspection by the carrier.
• Report claims within 7 days of delivery by calling Customer Service at 1-800-782-0557 and providing your customer number and invoice number.

Delivery

Free Delivery on orders of $250 or more available in GTA, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City, Vancouver and the lower Mainland, Calgary, Edmonton, Regina, Saskatoon and Winnipeg. Next-Day Delivery for most major cities across Canada available in GTA, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City, Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, Calgary, Edmonton, Regine and Saskatoon and Winnipeg. Special orders, customized, factory direct and non-catalogue items are excluded. Log into your HD Supply account to enjoy next day delivery on orders placed by 4 p.m. (3 p.m. in Manitoba). Guest checkout orders to receive next day delivery on orders placed by 2 p.m. (1 p.m. in Manitoba). Most other cities will receive delivery within 24-48 hours. Delivery times subject to change due to unforeseen events beyond out reasonable control. We reserve the right to cancel or amend this offer without notice at any time.

Warranty Disclaimer/ Limitation Of Liability

HD Supply does not provide any warranty for the goods it supplies, but shall pass through any transferable manufacturer’s standard warranties. HD Supply excludes and disclaims all other express and implies warranties, including, but not limited to, all implied warranties of merchantability fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent not prohibited by applicable law, in no event, whether in contract, warranty indemnity, tort (including, bit not limited to, negligence), strictly liability or otherwise, shall HD Supply or its affiliates be liable (a) Any incidental, indirect, punitive, special, consequential, or similar damages, even if such damages were foreseeable or caused by HD Supply, (b) Any claim that properly is a claim against the manufacturer, or (c) Any amount exceeding the amount paid for goods that are the subject of such claim(s). All claims must be brought within one year accrual of cause of action.

Seasonal item manufacturer and model numbers are subject to change depending on production. If there are changes after the time of publication, photography many not represent our current inventory.
